It was carried. It was moved by Brother Mosher and seconded by Brother Morgan that part two under "National Activities" regarding a placement bureau be adopted. The motion was lost by seven (7) affirmative and fifteen (15) negatives votes. Following is the record of the roll call: YES: Houscr. E. E. Lindsay, Smith. Mosher. Odell, Hillman, Leader. NO: Thurber, F. 13. Lindsay. Saupe, Popenoe, Hoyt, Young, Gunn, Morgan, Elllnger, Lantz, Rauder, Lankard, McCrory, Searles, Roach. NOT VOTINO: Gray. ABSENT: Chareh. Childs. It was moved by Brother Mosher and seconded by Brother Bauder that Part A of the report under "Local Activities" be adopted. It was carried. It was mover by Brother Mosher and seconded by Brother Troth that Part B of the report under "Local Activities" be adopted. It was carried. It was moved by Brother Mosher and seconded by Brother Smith that Part C of the report under "Local Activities" be adopted. It was carried. The meeting was then adjourned to meet at 2:00 p. m.
